In brief, you should know the following about us: Peoria Bread Company was started in 2006 by Dave Koehler and Nora Sullivan. The goal was to provide nutritious bread and baked goods made with 100% organic flour. All the breads, and most baked goods, are vegan - made with soy margarine and egg replacers. We never use preservatives of any kind, and never use high-fructose corn syrup. We use local honey or molasses in all our breads! Peoria Bread Company baked goods are available at the shop located at 1400 N.E. Monroe and at Naturally Yours Grocery in Peoria and Normal. You can buy baked goods whenever the Cafe is open, as well as every Friday until 6pm and Saturday's from 8am-noon!

Goodness Cafe opened on Dec. 2, 2009. It is operated by Lilly Koehler and Billy Gehring, Peoria Bread Company sweets baker lending a hand, Brennan Kramer they all try to ensure speedy delivery of hot food to your table.The Cafe is designed to provide great food, speedy service and a fun atmosphere! The Cafe is open Monday-Friday from 11am -2pm, and Saturday 8am-2pm for breakfast and lunch.
